Indirect Extrusion Press – Our indirect extrusion press reduces the presence of sub surface pipe. It gives our manufacturing the flexibility and assurance to produce a quality product with every billet.
3 Gas Fired Billet Heaters – Simultaneous heating of billets maintains consistent production of heated billets for our indirect extrusion press.
Coil Stock vs Straight Stock – Our product is produced in either straight rod or coil depending on the size of the final product. If the product is larger than 1.5” in diameter we will move to straight rod stock, anything less than 1.5” is produced into coil then drawn out to size.
